Job Summary

We're seeking a mid-level product designer to join our team, bringing expertise in research and visual design. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with the Product Manager in discovery work to understand our customers' pain points and develop solutions to address them. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our product is intuitive and easy to use, updating existing user flows and creating new ones as we expand our features and products.

Our Product Designers are responsible for crafting exceptional CX, UX, and UI experiences. We regularly build wireframes and prototypes to test with customers, refine, and iterate until we know what we're building is usable and effective. After this, you'll finalize the User Interface design for developers to deliver the product.

You'll collaborate with other Product Designers to provide feedback, contribute to our design system and user interview library, and tackle challenging work daily. You'll work with a team of like-minded, driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data to analyze business problems and design customer-centric solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct customer research to gain insight into their pain points and challenges.
  • Build wireframes and prototypes to test with customers and refine until we believe the solution is highly usable.
  • Explore multiple potential solutions to given problems, making informed decisions about the best approach.
  • Optimize applications to maximize usability and provide an excellent experience.
  • Develop the final UI designs and work closely with the engineering team to ensure quality.
  • Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary product team to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product.
  • Tackle any tasks necessary to support Kandua's growth and success.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including digital and print assets, that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
