Job Title: Lease Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team at Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leasing department, ensuring the smooth operation of lease-related functions, and performing other administrative tasks within the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Administration: Assist in the preparation and issuance of offers to tenants, capture lease agreement information accurately, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lease Administration: Create and maintain tenant files, issue and obtain completed tenant application forms, and assist in the drawing up of lease agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to tenant queries, and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma in Administration or Legal Secretarial qualification (advantageous), Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, property management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in property management or leasing administration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
