We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Leasing Administrator to join our team at SRG Recruitment (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of retail leasing, including accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants, drafting related documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma and at least 5 years of direct experience in a similar position. They will also need to be registered and hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver's license is required.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants
- Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance
- Ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct
- Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes
- FICA document compliance
- Ensuring deposits, fees and payments are made timeously
- Administration of renewals
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- A relevant degree or diploma
- At least 5 years of direct experience in a similar position
- Registration and an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate)
- A valid driver's license
