About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Property Practitioner at Just Property Umhlanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, rentals, and lease agreements, conducting property viewings, and liaising with clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property sales and rentals, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Liaise with clients and tenants to address their property-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales and rental management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in property management software.
  • Understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • NQF4/PDE 4 qualification ideal.
  • Own laptop and car essential.
