About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant at IVF Hartmann Holding AG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledge of products and procedures. Your friendly and efficient approach will contribute significantly to the company's goal of being best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining root causes, selecting and explaining optimal solutions, expediting corrections, and ensuring resolution.
  • Elevate queries and complaints to the appropriate department manager when necessary.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing completed orders and credit notes.
  • Prepare correspondence and quotes, providing product knowledge to clients as required.
  • Ensure timely release of backorders when stock is booked in and weekly backorder reports are completed and sent to the stock controller.
  • Maintain an up-to-date out-of-stock notice board.
  • Act on returns according to procedures and complete customer credits.
  • Sort post and internal print work.
  • Book out-of-sample requests and verify that samples reach the correct clients.
  • Foster professional relationships with HARTMANN customers.
  • Update customer records with new account information.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) certification.
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Superior planning and time management skills.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
