  • Frequent communication with other operators, supervisors, and external stakeholders is necessary to guarantee smooth coordination and response to operational changes or emergencies.
  • The successful candidate will collect, record, and analyze operational data using software tools and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, or potential hazards.
  • The role also entails ensuring all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols when needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a control room or security-related role is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; relevant technical certifications or training in control systems, operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using control room software, monitoring systems, and other relevant tools is essential.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, think critically, and make decisions quickly is vital, especially during emergencies or system failures.
