The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing client data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Transfers data from raw Excel files onto our templates for processing.
- Collaborates with the team on project assignments.
- Resolves data queries with clients and migration specialists.
- Assigns take-ons internally and to contractors.
- Conducts quality checks on contractor-completed take-ons.
- Supports contractors with take-on-related queries.
- Documents internal processes.
- Reports on monthly statistics.
- Updates contractor information on our CRM system.
- Provides ad-hoc assistance to the Product and Support teams.
Requirements:
- A matric certificate with accounting.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong and accurate computer skills.
- Previous financial work experience is advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis and processing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the property industry is advantageous.
