Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including accounting and related processing, monthly TB review, audit preparation and management, year-end audit journal review and processing, Vat reconciliation review and approval, and assisting with accounting/audit queries. Additionally, they will be involved in cash flow management, liaising with the property management team, and preparing maintenance budgets.

Accounting and Related Processing
The candidate will be responsible for accounting and related processing tasks, including reconciliations, journals, and financial reporting. They will also be involved in month-end close procedures and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Cash Flow Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flows, including weekly payments review, daily and monthly cash flow schedules, bond payments, and intergroup funding/payments & cross billing.

Liaising with the Property Management Team
The candidate will work closely with the property management team to prepare maintenance budgets and ensure that all financial aspects of the property management function are well-managed.

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the property/rental industry
- Proficiency with MDA software
