Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module within the Sage 300 ERP suite. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Design, implement, and optimize the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module within the Sage 300 ERP suite.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support to procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams.
  • Collaborate with Functional Business Process Owners (BPOs) to align Sage 300 SCM with business requirements.

SCM Functional Design & Implementation

You will plan, lead, and participate in the design, configuration, and testing of Sage 300 SCM solutions. You will develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and other SCM-related functional/technical documentation. You will identify functional gaps in supply chain processes and recommend corrective actions. You will implement solutions to streamline procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align business needs with system capabilities.

SCM System Optimization

You will prioritize and implement system enhancements related to procurement, warehouse management, and supplier tracking. You will conduct integration and system testing for SCM workflows. You will work alongside business analysts and developers to convert supply chain requirements into technical designs. You will identify functional gaps in inventory control, procurement automation, and vendor management.

Project Involvement

You will actively participate in IT projects related to supply chain digital transformation. You will lead the SCM stream during Sage 300 ERP implementations. You will ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and regulatory compliance. You will support project teams in developing SCM reports, tables, data interfaces, and system integrations.

Documentation & Compliance

You will create and manage SCM-related documentation, including user manuals, procurement workflows, system changes, and test scenarios. You will ensure functional and technical specifications align with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and procurement policies. You will maintain audit trails and compliance documentation for procurement and supplier management.

Minimum Requirements

  • B Degree/B Tech in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Sage 300 SCM Functional Certification.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on supply chain and procurement.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Sage 300 SCM, including inventory control, procurement, order management, and supplier tracking.
  • Ability to translate supply chain business requirements into system configurations.
  • Experience in inventory optimization, procurement automation, and warehouse management.
  • Understanding of supplier performance tracking, logistics, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and training skills to support procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Experience in SCM integration testing, business analysis, and enterprise supply chain application support.
