Your Role :

As a National Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations nationwide. Your strategic mindset, leadership acumen, and passion for results will drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring our products reach every corner of the nation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for strategic adjustments.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the Scientific Industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Able to develop and execute strategic sales plans with a focus on long-term success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Possess a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
