About the Position:

This challenging role requires an individual who can handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing all inbound sales queries and orders, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about product availability and pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound sales queries and orders
  • Verify orders, including customer details and payment information
  • Capture data into our internal computer system
  • Provide quotes to existing and potential clients
  • Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times
  • Accurately invoice clients
  • Expedite orders through internal coordination
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • A driver's license with reliable transport is advantageous
