Financial Record Keeper
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including trial balances
• Applying bookkeeping and accounting principles to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Preparing and processing invoices for accounts receivable and supplier invoices for goods and services procured
• Managing bank and cash transactions, including reconciliations and account maintenance
• Demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient financial operations
• Collaborating with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives
• Preparing and submitting financial reports and statements on a monthly basis
• Conducting supplier reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Ensuring a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including payable and receivable management
• Providing excellent customer service and negotiation skills to resolve financial issues
• Managing inventory control, reconciliation, and management
• Maintaining petty cash and accounting for all transactions
• Preparing and loading payments twice weekly for approval
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or relevant certifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting
