The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Construction division, tasked with overseeing various projects to ensure adherence to established budgetary constraints and timelines. This role demands expertise in extracting quantities from architectural schematics and preparing Bills of Quantities to deliver precise cost information. A solid understanding of industry pricing norms is essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of sub-contractor payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize relevant QS qualifications to manage project costs effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work.
  • Interpret and analyze construction working drawings accurately.
  • Extract quantities with precision from construction documents.
  • Leverage construction expertise with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Conduct accurate measurement tasks to ensure the correct allocation of materials for projects.
  • Demonstrate a fair understanding of JBCC contract law.
