Job Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to identify and secure new clients across the UK and Ireland.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new business leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and support client onboarding.
- Performance Metrics: Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and performance to senior management.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sector.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth in a competitive market.
