About the Role

As a Cruise Staff Water Park Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests in the Aqua Park area. Your primary objective will be to create an unforgettable experience for our passengers by providing top-notch service, entertainment, and activities.

You will work closely with the Entertainment team to develop and implement engaging programs and events that cater to the diverse interests of our guests. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with guests from various backgrounds and nationalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of guests in the Aqua Park area during operating hours
  • Develop and implement entertainment programs for guests' activities in the aqua park areas
  • Socialize with guests at all times without any specific program
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment team under the supervision of the Cruise Staff Manager - Cruise Activities Manager
Requirements
  • Lifeguard certification
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English is a requirement
  • Ability to communicate in Italian, German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese is highly desirable
  • 1 year's proven experience and expertise as a Cruise staff/Water park staff in a similar working environment at sea or land-based position
