At Datonomy Solutions, we are seeking an AI Specialist to join our Business Analysis COE. This role plays a pivotal part in integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration: Identify and integrate AI solutions that can augment the capabilities of business analysts, improving their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Automation: Develop and implement AI-driven automation for routine tasks, freeing up business analysts to focus on strategic and analytical functions.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize AI to derive actionable insights from data, facilitating informed decision-making processes within the bank.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and prioritize areas where AI can bring about significant performance enhancements.
  • Best Practices: Promote and embed AI best practices across the business analysis community to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and resources to business analysts on AI tools and methodologies to ensure they are well-equipped to leverage these technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess the impact of AI initiatives on business analysis performance and iterate to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R, and experience with AI and machine learning frameworks.
  • Minimum 3+ years of solid AI experience.
  • Proven working knowledge of Confluence and Jira for Cloud, ARIS, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, AI frameworks, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with cloud computing and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure for deploying AI models.
