We are seeking an experienced Park Services Technician to join our team at MNA Recruitment (Pty) Ltd. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our public parks and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain landscaping, minor trades work, pesticide application, planting of shrubs and bushes, shrub and bush trimming, tree removal, tree trimming
• Complete assigned projects as directed by foreman
• Conduct daily inspections of City Parks
• Ensure that all equipment has gas
• Assist in setting up for special events
• Help repair all wood fencing in the park
• Inspect playground equipment

Requirements:

• One to two years of experience in facility/grounds maintenance preferred
• Valid state of Florida driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Working Conditions:
• Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
• Exposure to extreme heat and cold, wetness, humidity, traffic hazards, machinery hazards, toxic agents, noise, smoke, dust, pollen, dirt, etc.
