Main Responsibilities

  • Legislative Compliance Management: Maintain and monitor our legislative universe, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management Programs: Develop and implement compliance and risk management programs and interventions aligned with new legislative requirements and business processes.
  • Internal Compliance Audits: Facilitate internal compliance audits to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Risk Assessment and Reporting: Identify and assess compliance risks across all levels of the organization, developing measures to address them and supporting regular reporting to senior management, board, and associated committees.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management and compliance or a legal environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB/equivalent), risk management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in risk management or compliance is preferred.
