Leisure Attendant

Brio Leisure centres are community fitness hubs where anyone and everyone can get active, whether it's in the gym, swimming pool, a fitness class, or playing racquet sports. As a Leisure Attendant, you'll be the friendly face in yellow and red that our customers see around the building, and we're looking for new people to join the team to help keep the centres running smoothly.

• Supervise customers in the swimming pool and all other areas of the centre, ensuring their safety and using your lifesaving skills to rescue swimmers in difficulty.
• Set up and take down sports equipment as required for events.
• Answer customer queries and direct them around the building, using your excellent communication skills.

• A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
• Experience of working with children and vulnerable persons.
• A positive outlook and excellent customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work within a rota.
