The primary focus of this position is to ensure the successful delivery of a superior gaming product across MGA licensed platforms. This includes the responsibility for ensuring games adhere to regulatory standards and are strategically positioned for optimal commercial performance.
This role is tasked with optimizing the game portfolio to meet business goals, ensuring that games are effectively integrated into promotional strategies to maximize their impact and success.
Your key responsibilities as the Platform Gaming and Quality Assurance Lead will include:
- Oversight of the game operations compliance process.
- Regular review and update of relevant policy documentation.
- Ensure games comply with regulatory requirements, including testing 10% of games before launch and on an ongoing basis.
- Development and maintenance of game product policies and procedures.
- Monitoring adherence to game operation policies and procedures.
- Tracking data to ensure games are not accessible in blocked or restricted regions.
- Management of the complete gaming product lifecycle.
- Ensuring contract compliance with Game Service Providers is documented and adhered to.
- Leadership of the integration and onboarding of new game service providers, maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Oversight of the technical release of games on the platform.
- Conducting market research to identify gameplay trends.
- Optimization of game placement to achieve high profitability.
