    • Trimmers: Train trimmers on the company's beef and lamb primal trimming manual, focusing on yield recovery and product quality.
    • Saw Operators: Teach saw operators how to use the company's beef and lamb primal saw manual, ensuring accurate cuts and minimal waste.
    • Steak Slicers: Train steak slicers on the company's beef and lamb portioning manual, adhering to Woolworths retail cuts specifications.
    • Packers: Implement the company's beef and lamb secondary and value-added products packing manual, training packers on Woolworths retail cuts packing specifications.
  2. Cost Control: Analyze costs and optimize resource allocation to minimize expenses.
  3. Production Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Supervisor to plan production lines and meet service levels.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. A degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., meat science, food technology).
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience in meat production, preferably in a supervisory role.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
