About the Role:

As a Senior Project Coordinator at Meondoholdings, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and work with a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities management projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: You will conduct regular site visits to ensure that all work meets our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: You will identify and resolve any issues that may arise during projects, escalating to senior management if necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Team Performance: Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results and high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management).
  • Skill Set: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
