Administrative Coordinator for Project Management Office

**Job Description**
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Project Management Office to provide high-quality administrative support to project managers. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and efficient in their work.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative and logistical support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Coordinating logistics for project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Supporting the monitoring of key project performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to senior management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and coordination support within a project-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
