Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders across all levels and business areas
  • Assist in prioritizing work to maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Facilitate requirements gathering through interviews and workshops
  • Analyze business needs and opportunities, documenting requirements and translating them into user stories
  • Communicate these needs clearly and effectively to both business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Contact Centre or background in Contact Centre environment
  • Degree/Diploma with an Information Systems focus
  • Recognized business analysis/agile/information systems/UX qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analysis or similar role
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum)
