Job Description:

A reputable adtech company, The Talent Barn, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to contribute to the creation of innovative marketing materials and campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the head of design and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life and drive the overall creative vision of the company forward.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop high-quality assets for various channels, including social media content, newsletters, print media, in-house collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Effectively interpret client briefs to deliver bespoke assets that meet campaign objectives and adhere to provided brand guidelines.
  • Edit, resize, and refresh artwork to client specifications, ensuring attention to detail and maintaining consistently high standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification or National Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communications.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a graphic design or creative role.
  • Familiarity with designing for social media and digital platforms, as well as relevant best practices.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with other creative tools, such as animation, video editing, UX/UI, and AI, would be an advantage.
  • An all-rounder with a solid foundation of design principles, strong understanding of typography, and an eye for composition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A basic knowledge of print production processes and materials.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible approach, capable of adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
  • The ability to work independently, with a high level of personal accountability.
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
