About the Administrative Support Position

Spinnaker Software is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Branch Administrator to support our office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our business and enhance their career prospects.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the Branch Manager with various administrative tasks, including call handling, correspondence management, and meeting coordination.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and provide assistance as needed.
  • Evaluate and manage the receipt and dispatch of equipment, including documentation.
  • Review and verify documentation sets for completeness and facilitate timely invoicing of quotes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Participate in vendor relationship management initiatives.
  • Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Requirements for the Branch Administrator Role
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or related field.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and understanding of Afrikaans.
  • Ability to present information effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Familiarity with POS hardware and software is beneficial.
