Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RF Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wireless network systems, ensuring optimal performance and coverage. Your expertise in RF principles, cellular technologies, and network planning tools will be invaluable to our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge of RF principles, including electromagnetic theory, propagation, and antenna theory.
2. Experience with cellular technologies, including 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE), and 5G NR (New Radio) technologies.
3. Proficiency in using RF planning and simulation tools, such as Atoll, Planet, iBwave, etc.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Experience working in team environments and collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and management.
7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously learn new skills.
