Conveyancing Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conveyancing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A tertiary qualification in a related field is required, along with a matric certificate. Proficiency in typing, with a speed of 45+ wpm, is essential for success in this position.

The responsibilities of this role will include the registration of subdivisions, consolidations, and servitudes, as well as the opening of sectional and township registers. Commercial bonds, including mortgage and notarial bonds, will also be drafted. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaison with relevant parties.

The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records and files. Strong attention to detail, a good command of the English language, and the ability to multitask and use their own initiative are essential qualities for this role.
