Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Sharon Nurock Recruitment CC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a conveyancing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register subdivision, consolidation and servitudes
  • Open sectional and township registers
  • Draft commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial).
  • Perform all aspects of the conveyancing process;
  • Process bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
  • Facilitate and finalise cancellations.
  • Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements:
  • Matric essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years experience working in a conveyancing environment.
  • Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank.
  • In depth knowledge of the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions is essential.
  • Typing speed of 45+ wpm.
