Document Controller/Project Coordinator

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Document Controller/Project Administration in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for project administration and document control for various projects, including Design Phase and Civil Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project-related documents, drawings, and records in an organized and efficient manner
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and distribute necessary documentation
• Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of project reports, presentations, and progress updates
• Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related activities as required
• Assist in the development and implementation of project procedures and documentation management systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in project administration and document control within the construction industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in document management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
