We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Administration: Assist with the administration of day-to-day financial operations, including benefits administration and recordkeeping.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including VAT submissions to SARS and compliance documentation.
- Financial Data Entry: Enter, format, and print financial information, and organize work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Compliance: Assist with the preparation of APDP permits and claims, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Education: Formal tertiary education, Grade 12.
- Experience: Experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and good communication and organizational skills.
- Languages: English (read, write, and speak).
- Drivers Licence: Code B.
