Office Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Management Coordinator to join our team at Virgin Active South Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Administration and Member Service
- Process membership contracts and check for accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks according to Admin & Payroll timetables.
- Auditing and Compliance
- Audit all pre-printed stationery to ensure payments were received.
- Reconcile access card report to receipts to ensure payments were received.
- Complete incident reports and highlight any discrepancies with the Club General Manager.
- Banking and Cash Handling
- Complete the banking process as per policy and procedures.
- Log cash losses on Risk Management site.
- Print and reconcile relevant banking reports and log calls where necessary to ensure that member's accounts are corrected timeously.
- Staff Management and Development
- Manage discipline and performance of staff.
- Develop growth plans for administration staff and arrange training accordingly.
- Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years in an administration or similar role.
- Skills
- Advanced knowledge of finance and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
