Hire Resolve's client in the Cosmetics Industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, events, and corporate partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, vendors, and clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create innovative and customized solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and its products.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
