Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at BritelinkMCT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial and operational performance of our Eastern Cape branch, driving business growth, and ensuring the region's profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
    • Supervise and manage team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet their responsibilities.
    • Take corrective action when necessary to address performance issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effectively communicate department expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage the execution of all operating functions, including financial and operational performance.
    • Control costs and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify and manage department dependencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to address performance gaps and improve overall performance.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
      • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Skills
      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
