About the Role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer care and service delivery.
- Utilize expertise in medical aid products, employee benefits, and financial compliance to drive business success and growth.
- Manage and perform independently, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Degree in a related field, preferably with a tertiary qualification.
- Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 5 qualification essential to the role.
- Applicable Class of Business certification in health and medical aid products and relevant disciplines as per the FSCA.
- Valid CMS certificate.
- At least 5 years' experience in the financial services/wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including medical aid products, hospital plans, medical insurance, pension funds, group life plans, and employee benefits in general.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well-presented and professional.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly report writing.
