Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of creating, updating, and maintaining listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all listings to uphold the highest standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail.
  • Foster strong relationships between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
  • Analyse listing and revenue performance using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Identify issues proactively, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
