**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and motivate production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent, with a qualification in Production Management preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Automotive Manufacturing, with supervisory experience essential.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
