About the Role:
  • This role requires a high level of autonomy and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing contract management strategies that align with project goals and expectations.
  • A key aspect of this role is to negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and service providers to ensure favorable agreements for our client.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance monitoring, renewal, and termination.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that contract terms are fulfilled and project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate the risks associated with contracts and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with international laws, industry standards, and corporate policies.
  • Handle dispute resolution and contract adjustments in response to scope changes, unforeseen circumstances, or compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the EPCM sector, specifically in EC&I projects.
  • Strong understanding of international contract law, procurement, project management, and specific expertise in FIDIC and NEC3 contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
