Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for marketing and selling all products offered by the company, driving sales and achieving targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet targets.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Timely delivery of quotes to customers.
  • Serve customers in the showroom and at trade shows, adhering to company policies in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain a record of breakages and damaged stock.

Stock Management:

  • Prepare requests for credit and seek assistance from the admin clerk if needed.
  • Record all stock movements in and out of the premises and forward the necessary documentation to the admin department.

Other Tasks:

  • Assist in preparing for trade shows and actively participate in them when required, even working overtime if necessary.
  • Ensure stock is ordered for trade shows and numbered on time, and apply any special prices as required.

General Conduct:

  • Adhere to all company rules and policies.
  • Interact with customers and third parties politely and with respect.
  • Treat all staff members with courtesy and provide information and assistance when requested.
  • Be open to completing tasks outside the drafted job description if feasible and requested by management or staff.

Remuneration:

Basic Salary: R5,000.00 per month.

Travel Allowance: R5,000.00 per month (Applicants must have their own vehicle, a clear credit record, and a valid driver's license).

Fuel Allowance: R3,500 per month.

Cell Phone Allowance: R1000 per month

Pension: 5% employee contribution, 5% employer contribution per month.

Commission: Between 1.5 4% on turn over.
