DLK Group - Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee project implementation, coordinate departmental efforts, and manage project documentation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Direct project implementation across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  2. Document Maintenance: Maintain precise and up-to-date project documentation, including specifications, closeout documents, POs, and invoices.
  3. System Support: Utilize SAP CRM or other ERP systems to track project progress and maintain overall project administrative processes.
  4. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with governance, legislation, and policy requirements, monitoring progress and reporting on compliance status.
  5. Liaison Role: Facilitate communication between departments to drive project implementation, tracking milestones, and reporting on project performance.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management on project status, ensuring timely communication of key updates.
  7. Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree: Diploma or relevant technical certification in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in project coordination or administrative roles within complex project environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, SAP CRM, or other ERP systems.
  • Project Administration Expertise: Proven ability to manage project administration, including document control and project governance.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating reports and managing project documentation.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and stakeholders.
