Job Description

We are seeking ambitious real estate professionals who want to own their own business without the financial burdens associated with traditional real estate ventures. As a Property Specialist at NORTHPOINT Realty Group, you will be responsible for sales and leasing of properties, prospecting new corporate tenants and buyers, and adding listings to our marketing channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 15 residential agent listings or 30 commercial broker listings.
  2. A sales volume of R 8 million in the previous 12 months.
  3. Reliable transportation, a laptop, and smartphone.
