Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction by understanding all the functionality within our system, installing and setting up software at clients, interviewing clients and their staff to understand their business and operational requirements, and analysing the information they currently use to perform their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand all the functionality within our system.
  • Installing and setting up software at clients.
  • Interviewing clients and their staff to understand their business and operational requirements.
  • Analysing the information clients currently use to perform their duties.
  • Managing and completing the conversion process between teams.
  • Updating clients with the latest version of our system.
  • Training clients on all the functionality within our system.
  • Problem solving of client issues.
  • Functional testing of software.
  • Preparing and managing project plans.
  • Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of our system.
  • Meeting with clients and managing projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organized.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Understanding all the functionality within our system.
  • Effectively managing project milestones and due dates.
