Pronel Personnel is looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing sector and be able to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue in the assigned market sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and manage a group of assigned key customers.
- Increase the number of products at existing customers.
- Develop sales by analyzing, implementing, and controlling opportunities within the assigned market sector.
- Develop, build, and maintain fruitful working relationships with all levels and actively develop the growth of key products while successfully introducing new products within the assigned market sector.
- Achieve set financial targets: sales turnover & margins, product volumes, and expenses.
- Track and report sales status and forecasts.
- Assist with developing and implementing product promotions and go-to-market strategies.
- Address customer issues and solve complaints.
- Provide sales reports to management.
- Give feedback to internal sales teams and workshops respectively.
- Manage pricing, rebates, and discount levels for assigned customers.
Requirements:
- Must be target-driven, friendly, team player, and willing to learn and work well under pressure.
- An experienced sales professional with 3 years' experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
- High level of motivation and continuous improvement mentality.
- Own vehicle and smartphone.
- Matric.
- Driver's license.
