Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Capital Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including dictation, transcription, and document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dictate and transcribe audio files and written notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing case files and records
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
  • Dictation experience
  • Previous professional office experience
  • Legal knowledge of legal terminology, South African procedures, and court systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
