We are looking for a talented Branch Administrator to join our team at Telebest in Richards Bay. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Coordinate transportation arrangements and manage logistics to optimize branch performance.
  3. Oversee stock movements, ensure compliance certifications are maintained, and facilitate equipment sourcing between branches.
  4. Prepare and submit purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure accurate documentation is sent to Head Office.
  5. Support stocktake processes and contribute to overall branch administration.

Applicants should possess a Matric certificate and 3-5 years of Branch Administration experience, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills. We welcome applications from enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals.
