Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cashbook Clerk to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashbook Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile cashbook transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Capturing: Accurately capture and process journal entries in a timely manner.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Daily Payments: Capture and process daily payments in a timely manner.
  • Petty Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile petty cash transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Fleet Expenses: Capture and process fleet expenses and reconcile them to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Invoicing: Accurately process and send invoices to clients.
  • Credit Note Processing: Process and manage credit notes in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Matric: A minimum of a Matric certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • Accounting Systems: Proficiency in accounting systems is essential.
  • MS Dynamics Business Central: Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central Accounting system is an added advantage.
