About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge of various vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a dealership or aftermarket workshop. They should possess strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be passionate about ensuring first-time fixes and have a strong desire to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including booking in vehicles, test driving them post-service, and everything in between. The successful candidate will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, and possess attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. They will also need to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a valid Motor Mechanics Certificate, a valid Driver's License, and have at least 5 years of recent experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician in a dealership or aftermarket workshop. They should also possess extensive knowledge of all makes and models of vehicles, be computer literate, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience. They will also receive a solid track record, a stable and gapless work history, and contactable references.
