About the Position
  • This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Actuarial Hiring Expert at PeopleSolved Consulting (Pty) Ltd.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Key Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential.
  • Knowledge of the actuarial profession and its specific skill sets is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational and time management skills are also crucial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in the Actuarial or insurance industry is advantageous but not necessary.
