Senior Sales Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
