As a Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and analyzing predefined campaign strategies aligned to the new vertical strategy. You will also formulate and implement the Agency operational strategy to achieve the overall TCR strategy, meet and exceed stipulated financial targets for the allocated portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include creating and measuring stipulated strategy/campaign performance thresholds, meeting and exceeding primary strategy/campaign key performance metrics across a balanced scorecard, managing the implementation of key risk strategy directives, and ensuring daily management of the strategy/campaign platform through effective prioritization of strategy/campaigns supported by an appropriate/tilted treatment framework.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a relevant tertiary qualification, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, numerically orientated skills, 2-3 years' experience in collections and recovery, 3-5 years' experience in a data analysis environment, and basic statistics knowledge.
